RETURN POLICIES
All returns must first be cleared through our sales department by sending us an email explaining why a return is requested. You can reach the sales department by email here: sales@justforbrass.com
Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final unless a trial policy is purchased or initiated in writing. If a product is damaged or defective, it may be returned for in-store credit only. We will do our best to remedy any situation.
