Shipping Policies
SHIPPING POLICIES
- All of our orders are shipped promptly following payment. If your order is placed before 13:00 PST, it will be shipped the same day. If placed after business hours, it will be shipped the following day. Please note that we are not able to ship on national US-recognized holidays. There is no mail service on these days.
- While we make every effort to ensure that your product arrives safely, we do lose some packages due to domestic and foreign postal systems. Please ensure that we want you to receive your products as much as you want them - please be patient with us!
- Due to the insurance of our company, we are required to wait 15 days until we issue another dispatch of product. Please, this is not our policy, but one that we must adopt to ensure our continuing to do business.
- Please be advised that we offer International First Class mail at your own risk. We offer this to keep prices down for our international puchasers. We value your business, and appreciate it - but, please be wanted that we have no means in which to track your package. We do, however, insure these, and are subject to a 30-day wait policy for reshipments. While most countries respect the 14-day USPS guarantee, we have had instances of this shipping method taking up to 60 days to reach you because of customs. Please use this as a last resort only. For international orders, we recommend only FedEx or Priority/Express EMS Mail through the Postal Service.
- The only method which can be tracked internationally is either FedEx or USPS Express Mail. If you require something quickly and efficiently, please select one of these methods. It is the only method that is totally safe.
