Trial Policies

WOODWIND MOUTHPIECE TRIAL POLICIES

 

  • We offer a trial period of 2 weeks on any of our mouthpieces or barrels that we sell at Just For Winds.  The items will be shipped to you via your chosen method of delivery.  Please note that transportation time to you does count towards the 2 week time limit, so please plan accordingly.  You must indicate when checking out that you would like a trial, and you MUST pay via credit card (no Paypal for trials).  The cost for a 2 mouthpiece trial is $20, and the cost for a 3 mouthpiece trial is $25.  This includes prepaid shipping back to us.  Our standard payment policy is:
  • No PayPal charges for mouthpiece trials.  You must use a credit card when purchasing.  If you use PayPal, your trial will be delayed until we receive a credit card (authorized) number from you.
  •  
  • All domestic (U.S.) customers pay for one mouthpiece only.  We do offer trials to foreign countries, but you must prepay for all of the mouthpieces.

 

  • If all the mouthpieces are returned to us, a 15% restocking/cleaning fee will be assessed on your invoice.  If you keep at least one mouthpiece, then you will not be charged this restocking/cleaning fee.  Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.  If you to do not include a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a $5 research fee.

 

  • The mouthpieces must be returned in pristine, perfect, new condition.  Any mouthpiece baring ligature, bite marks, or teeth chips will be considered purchased by you and will be returned to you and your credit card charged.
  • Please use the included prepaid carton to return your mouthpieces/barrels to us in.
