Why are you retiring?
We have enjoyed serving the needs of professional and academic musicians these past years, but the time has come to focus our efforts on new opportunites. Our family is also hoping to escape the hustle to have more time to enjoy each other and making music together.

I've had an item on backorder for a while now. What happens now?
We apologize, but many of our vendors are still struggling to fill orders placed during 2020 and have never caught up after the supply chain disruption during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. We will be canceling the orders with our vendors and refunding our customers for items in this situation since we don't expect to receive these orders any time in the near future.
