From the composer:
The Logic of a Mad-Man duets were originally written in 2014 when I was a senior in high school. Previously, I had written a few small and silly poems that were nonsense/play on words pieces. I joked around with a friend of mine and said that one day I would publish them all in a journal called "The Logic of a Mad-Man." After I wrote the duets, I decided to make them into a multi-movement work with this title.
Originally this work was three movements, with the originals being I, II, and IV. Movement III was added in 2016 after I edited the originals.
